Are you adventuresome enough for something totally different? Stereoscopic photography is pure magic.

This workshop will open your eyes and your mind to a unique sensation of another visual dimension.

Through the amazing visual illusion of 3-D photography, you feel yourself transported elsewhere. This illusion results from our binocular vision. We use two eyes to produce a single view of the world in depth. This natural visual sensation can be artificially created by using two stereoscopic photographs.

In this intensive, six hour, hands-on workshop we will review the history, theory and practice of 3-D photography. The workshop will then quickly move into the art of making our own 3-D photographs, using your own 35mm or digital SLR. You can also check out special 3-D cameras for your use at home or on location. Class Limit: 10 people

Dates: August 3 and 17
Time: 10am - 4pm
